Of course it has nothing to do with antisemitism. Netanyahu's war crimes are not done in the name of the Jewish faith, like many other wars is about revenge, power, and greed.
We need to separate out antisemitism which is abhorrent and does occur, from political debate about a war that has killed over 42,000. A third of whom are children.
And I know everyone will now say that Hamas are to blame for that because they embed themselves in civilian buildings but what if they embedded themselves in an Israeli civilian building, have in fact posed this question before, so we suppose the IDF would use a bunker busting bomb on that civilian building or seek to remove the Hamas operative in other ways that would reduce the risk to civilians?

It was very sobering the other day when I was driving 12 year old GD1 to an after school activity. She told me in great detail about the plans she and her friends have made for when we are at war. Who goes to which shelter, where to keep food and water supplies, what needs to be packed in a grab bag and how they will prevent their adult males from needing to go to fight.

She agrees with you Fleurpepper that Mr Netanyahu and the Israeli leadership put everyone in danger, and she has a choice word or two about Messers Putin and Trump also.

Most terrorists operate in their own country Annie. But usually is because somebody is occupying their own country as the British did in Palestine back in the 1930s. I could in fact call them a resistance movement.
The fact is when somebody occupies your country and refuses your basic human rights violence or resistance can occur.
I hope we can agree upon this in light of what you said.

@Oreo we are all brainwashed to some degree by the media, by religion, by society.
Nobody escapes. But those brought up in desperate circumstances are much more likely to become brainwashed by those whose creed is hatred and violence. I call it religion because that is what they call it.
Nobody is born a terrorist, outside influences shape how a person turns out. It is nurture not nature. And yes a hatred of Jews may be a part of it, or a hatred of Muslims. It cuts both ways.
