I think the RAF will know who are flying the drones and if the country was in danger the drones would have been shot down or removed by hi tec forces.
Probably the R.A.F. or the ministry of defence, or both have a shrewd idea whose drones these are and doubtless could shoot them down.
The trouble here is that doing so would be a marvellous way of starting an international incident, so I imagine that right now the ambassadors of any country who might, just might , be involved is sitting either in the ministry of defence, the home office or with MI 5 and 6 explaining that the country he or she represents has nothing to do with the matter.
This is what is known as diplomacy, in case you did not know, and is the first step taken in cases like these.
Blasting unidentified drones out of ones airspace or territorial waters without going the diplomatic route first is a really good way of staring something that might lead to a war.
