Look at what Trump says he will do. What his overall belief systems are. We don’t need to assume, he’s telling us who he is and Americans voted for this. Be interesting to see how things change

It’s funny but with a very serous message.

No point in whinging and whining. It is what it is and we need to make the best of it. I don’t think he will be as bad as many seem to think. Biden wasn’t the best,either.

When you travel to the US you won’t notice the difference, Trump will make migration harder, he will round up a few and send them back, claiming a reduction, the US needs migration always has done. Hes widely criticized for being controlling, compared to China he’s a pussy cat, they are the cause of many conflicts, they have no morals and support countries like Iran to spread terror across the globe.

I hope his impact on the international scene will be positive, that we will notice, ending the Ukraine war, reducing hostility in the Middle East, pushing back Chinese influence in many countries.

So why have they got one? Donald Trump has said he will sign as many documents into law as he possibly can on his first day. Didn't Bad King John behave like this, thus his Barons made him sign Magna Carta (although that seems fairly redundant these days.)

Allira how many checks and balances do you need to rebuild 40 hospitals for example? Inertia is more accurate.

At the time of the American rebellion, the British King was George III. Of COURSE they didn't want a King then (the British didn't even want him - read a genuine history book to find out why)!
I venture to say that what Americans have always wanted is a leader who makes them feel good about themselves and to reinforce their belief that getting away from Europe was the best thing they could have done (and that it was their God-given right to take "virgin" land as their own when they did it).
The people are encouraged to believe that the USA is the "last best hope of earth" and so they're tempted to follow any leader who vomits up that old "We are the greatest!" chestnut in his speeches. It's best not to apply hindsight to what happened during the rebellion (in the mid-1770s), as it tends to mire us in blissful ignorance of what happened to the USE and the Earth subsequently.
That's my two penn'orth anyway. Give me a few thousand more words and I could write a thesis on it.

People may believe he was involved, if he lives up to his clear statement about ending the Russia/Ukraine war in 24 hours. Watching this space.
