I’d like a robust Stop and Search initiative. Knife crime needs tackling as an urgency. Loss of these young boys is beyond tragic.
And ID cards introduced (as in Europe).

Generally agree but all races must be treated equally, there cannot be an over-emphasis of one race over another, that fuels mistrust. We cannot afford mistrust and to counteract that there should be substantial beat officers working in association with schools and youth clubs. Red tape should be reduced for the building of youth clubs. Parks and open spaces should have 24hr HD CCTV. Monitoring using Drones is something that is worthwhile in some open spaces.
More minority ethnic officers and seniors should be drastically increased.

I would like our children to feel safe. Put pressure on the manufacturers to cease making these lethal knives that are made only for killing. License domestic knife makers. Bring pressure to bear on web-sites that sell these knives.

Then put far more resurces into proper community policing, invest in youth workers and youth centres where kids can socialise and feel safe.

Bring in legislation like Australia that are banning smart phones for under sixteens.

This is a long list I know but something has to change.

I’d like that. But the prisons are full, so who would be released to make room for the knife- wielders?

Put pressure on the owners of social media platforms to monitor their platforms effectively, taking down all violent content. It’s perfectly possible for them to do this.

Nobody, but nobody, needs to see beheadings etc - it’s madness! Young people are becoming desensitised to extreme violence.

Elon Musk et al have a lot to answer for!

I would like to see SureStarts in every town. I'd expect them to be properly funded.

If I had two things - youth initiatives such as clubs would be great (as Babs says).

I’d like to see community hubs in every town, where people of all ages can meet without having to spend money or drink alcohol.

We must get rid of this government before they do any more damage. They just do not seem to have a clue...making it up as they go along.
Apart from that...pretty much the same as everyone else....get people to change their attitude to litter, dog mess and juvenile nuisance.
Fewer cars on the roads. All shops accepting cash. A total end to immigration. More bobbies on the beat.

Totally agree with stop and search, more use of knife arches where youngsters hang around.

It’s not just the family who have lost their loved one to knife crime that suffers, the young killers family suffer, the community suffers. Revenge attacks can be initiated and further violence ensue.

NotSpaghetti there are still SureStart centres, our one is in danger of closing, nothing to do with funding but because it is under used.

I think we need to look at nursery care!!!!!

Look at how family structure impacts the behaviour of young men in particular.

I’d like to see more manufacturing in the UK and the support to businesses here to enable that to happen, whilst still ensuring a decent standard of living for all workers. I’d also like to see a Buy British campaign.

Can the Uk government not give a pile of money to Mauritius and spend it on the good people of the UK? There are so many cracks in our healthcare that need urgent attention.
Maybe introduce high tech scanners to stop children carrying weapons especially in schools?

I love that....Buy British...... remember when we had factories producing well made items,providing good safe jobs for people. Often several members of families all worked in them, creating good community links to all generations.

First, I would like the planned increased NI employers contribution scrapped.
Then would send £100 wfa to all pensioners to help with the increase in those costs.
Would start stop and search.For knives etc but also for some form of ID.
Would put up temporary units to house prisoners.
Also on the coast so boat people are immediately confined.

Would talk to Idris Elba as he is on a campaign re knife crime.
Would chase up and fine promptly the people who are late submitting their self assessments at hmrc.
Would reinstate local tax offices.
