On a roll here.
Would talk to the King and Sadiq Khan.
Would drop 3rd runway at Heathrow.
Plan to enlarge the ports and develop green ships
Would build hostels with small secure cells so people could sleep safely overnight.
Already in service:
Funnel emissions are sulphur-free, virtually particulate-free, with a 95% reduction in nitrogen dioxide. These three new ships of 42,200 tonnes each will be the largest in the Brittany Ferries fleet, with a length of 215 metres, making 3,000 lane metres available for freight.
The future of travel! The test run 10 days ago was amazing, not only pollution free, but so quiet too in stormy weather. (Not so attractive inside however as the old ships, though that's another story!)
The only question being, like with anything innovative, is how long will these new vessels last? No one knows, but if in say 10 years, replacement orders are having to be put in for China to build replacements, then are they such an improvement when the previous vessels lasted 35+ years? Progress is trial and error.
The new port infrastructure to accommodate these vessels is also huge.
