I have just emailed my new (last year) MP for the third time….because I think he needs to be aware of his constituents opinions. I have yet to write to anyone ‚‚higher up’ the greasy pole but that could change.
As for talking to friends I don’t usually start a conversation until I get an idea if their views. Given the passion that these threads are responded to shows the divisions there still are but have to say views are probably more balanced than they were in the past when Israel always had total unquestioning support.
