....and their actions back up the fact they would dearly love for the Palestinians to vanish totally from their own country in a puff of smoke. But, meanwhile, they'll kill them, imprison them, help the settlers steal their land, etc.
Fom The Times of Israel...
'British far-right and anti-Islam activist Tommy Robinson is heckled during a speaking event in Tel Aviv, with an attendee shouting, “Tommy Robinson is a racist.”
The interruption is met with loud boos and chants of “shame on you” from many in the audience, followed by Robinson inviting the heckler to join him on stage.
“The far-left extremist has left the building,” Robinson declares as the protester exits'.
Wondered how people felt about this [apologies if it has been mentioned elsewhere].
Just listened to BBC Radio 4 news. Sad. The ceasefire seems to be breaking down.
What now Mr Trump?
Israel has said it will return to ceasefire hours after carrying out strikes in Gaza.
A ceasefire occasionally 🤔
When it suits them.
Interesting that Robinson has been applauded. Taking his own form of racism to Israel.
On the "Hidden Palestine" Facebook group this morning there was the announcement that Dropsite's @ryangrim reveals that US officials knew within hours that the Rafah explosion was caused by an Israeli bulldozer hitting unexploded ordnance - and not a Hamas attack. Despite this, Netanyahu lied, blamed Hamas and ordered new airstrikes. Washington had to confront him with the truth before he reopened the crossings.
You can imagine the swearwords I'm mentally calling Netanyahu. I guess it's clear that the pressure needs to be on America to stop backing Netanyahu and bring him to heel all round.
It would be interesting if anyone has any links as to just why America is backing him? What is in it for them? Is it hopes that that canal will be built across Gaza that Netanyahu wants if they "play him" enough?
Just encountered another useful Facebook group - "Middle East Monitor".
It states it's an "independent media resource founded to foster a fair and accurate coverage of Middle Eastern issues and in particular the Palestine question".
About to have a good look through it - though first impressions are positive ones - ie accurate (am gobsmacked at just how many lies we're fed here in the West by the mainstream media and our government) and professional-looking.

Yes. Especially seeing as his group of thugs count antisemitism as part of their allure, with Holocaust denial high on the agenda.
Perhaps their hatred of Muslims is the draw, with ‘the enemy of my enemy is my friend’ playing well with some - by no means all - Israelis.
Something positive
Rabbis for Human Rights
This week we opened our campaign to support the Palestinian harvest season in the village of Husan. The staff of Rabbi Voice for Human Rights, Sabeel, and 25 additional volunteers came to assist with the harvest and provide protection.
Already on our first day we faced a closed military order from the army: these orders are routinely used in order to prevent farmers from reaching their lands. Fortunately, we had already harvested for a few hours, and with the volunteers we brought to the field, we managed to successfully collect the olives from an entire grove.
On the second day of the olive harvest season, over 40 volunteers joined us in a partnership day harvest with Standing Together, in the fields of Deyr Ammar. These groves have been inaccessible since a new settler outpost was established, which displaced several Bedouin families.
Within minutes of arriving, soldiers ordered us to leave, claiming it was forbidden to be there or to film. After about 15 minutes, a military order arrived. As we began packing up, around ten settlers appeared, shouting and throwing stones. Several Palestinians were attacked, and at least one was hospitalized.
Suspected that about the anti-semitism, which does usually include Holocaust denial.
What are they thinking?
Cariad, could you come back her, to some of us, and let us know about that Facebook Group

More positivity -
Rabbis for Human Rights is protesting the Israeli Government plans to 'conquer' Gaza. In a statement RHR says: 'This brutal plan shows the disregard for human life which has characterized the policies throughout the war. In Gaza there is famine and humanitarian crisis, further military action will cost many innocent lives, while endangering the lives of the hostages and treating the lives of Israeli soldiers as a political pawn.
'This week on the Gaza Border, under a banner reading "We don't have children for a political war" Israeli Mothers Against the War held a vigil against the plans to "conquer" Gaza. Several of our Rabbis were among the organizers, and Rabbi Avi Dabush came to speak and support the group.
'In our history, mothers' movements have played a role in conflict resolution and against military solutions. We believe in this movement, lead us out of conflict and towards preserving human life.
'This coming Sunday, Rabbis for Human Rights will join a national strike against the war, our staff and members will be on the streets, stopping regular life across Israel, desperately protesting against the Government's failed strategy and disrespect for human life. We will not stay silent. '
"Nation shall not take up sword against nation. They shall never again know war." - Isaiah 2:4
Missed your positive post WhiteWave, while chatting to Babs and Cariad.
They are heroes, brave to take on those thugs.
And the Mothers too.
Always hope.
Hospital in Gaza - reported in a Catholic Journal
Rev Richard Sewell, Dean of St George's College, Jerusalem, wrote on Friday:
Today marks the second anniversary of the devastating bombing of the Anglican Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza. It remains amongst the single most devastating attacks and largest numbers of deaths in one incident. It has never been possible to confirm the actual number because of the nature of the destruction but it was many hundreds. We honour the memory of all those children, women and men who died.
But the story didn't end with death. Al Ahli hospital regenerated itself and continued its life-saving work. Despite nine further missile or drone attacks by Israel and summary arrests and subsequent release of our medical staff, the vital medical care has continued almost unbroken. One day the miraculous story will be fully told.
We stand in awe of all the hospital staff including the Princess Basma Centre rehab team who all show extraordinary courage and indefatigable determination to continue the healing ministry which has been entrusted to us all by Jesus Christ.
Our commemoration of this day looks ever forwards in hope and not backwards in anger.

Re the "Middle East Monitor". Two ways I've found to access.
1. The Facebook Group:
facebook.com/middleeastmonitor
(This has got 1.5 million followers - so it's a substantial size one).
2. Their website
www.middleeasternmonitor.com
It's a sort of online newspaper.
Whoops - typing error and unable to correct on this site again.

Yep...just had a peer down their website on the link. Looks professional.
Footage on X showing two IDF soldiers, with two tiny children. The children were no taller than the soldiers calves. The soldiers assaulted the children.
The next lot of footage shows the children sat shaking on a sofa one with a cut on the eye, both telling of their experience.
Little Hamas in the making.

I think it must have been the same one I saw somewhere Whitewave and thought "FGS - they're kids".
Kids that have probably already lost family. Kids that have already missed out on 2 years schooling (and we know the effect Lockdown had on British kids - and they weren't involved in the middle of a war and most of them had computers/could maybe do a bit of online schooling).
Report of illegal settlers in West Bank pattacking olive farmers and setting fire to their car. The Americans filming the incident were also attacked.
The children were sat playing in the rubble.
Footage of an illegal settler clubbing and elderly lady as she picked her olives. The lady is now in ICU. The settler? no action taken by the authorities.
This is the issue. Day in day out violence suffered by people going about their lawful business.
This has been going on for years.
