I have just been watching frightening flooding currently happening in Nepal. Bridges washed away and buildings destroyed. Many tourists, including British and Australian missing. Pray for these people if you are a believe ,it is really bad.

Poor things .
I watched the devastating news footage .
I experienced this on a much smaller level and it was terrifying.
Nepal is refusing foreign aid .

Nepal is refusing foreign aid Not actually Esmay they are very accepting of monetary aid what they are saying is they have enough search and rescue in their own country, and last time in a earthquake (I think it was about ten years ago) it became very chaotic with so many extra people there, it made it more dangerous.
They are a strong thoughtful and resourceful race I pray they can overcome this and there aren’t any further slides etc

Yes Nepal is accepting monetary aid but not search and rescue teams.
I should have specified .

They are accepting aid from South Korea.
Money from other countries and elsewhere..

Unicef is taking donations for example

Money is the best way to help.

Casdon

Nepal is a low income, developing country for goodness sake monami, and the UK is amongst the richest nations in the world. They give us their best fighting men for our army.

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

In case anyone is interested, it is possible to donate Tesco ClubCard points to the Red Cross disaster fund. No guarantee it will go to Nepal, of course, but worth considering anyway.
