Oh dear, I do feel a bit bad about this. 
When I started the thread on Thursday "Who would call a cat..." the cat mentioned, Sprout, had already taken up residence on Wednesday afternoon. 
And, just to confirm how bad I've been , even Mr P didn't know until he got home on Friday 
but he said he did have a very strong suspicion!
So, apologies for being a sort of fibbing phoenix, although in my own defence no-one actually asked me if I had taken him on, so perhaps I am exonerated?
