Purdy Puss is totally engrosed in 'Life Story'. She is sat on the floor stretching her neck to watch and then will get up and tap the screen. None of my other cats have ever been interested in the telly but Purdy is obsessed with programmes/adverts which include animals. She has just given up after about 10 mins. I guess it just got a bit too uncomfortable !

Millie is watching it too. The young Arctic fox made me laugh because our Jack Russells jump like that into mole hills.

Any hint of drama or cruelty has her barking angrily at the screen while Peggy hides her head under a cushion.

We watch Countryfile curled up on the sofa together - they like Adam's farm and they'll miss Gardener's World now it's finished for the winter because they love Nigel. grin

My mother has to place a small table in front of the TV to prevent her little dog knocking it over. Whenever any animal appears on the screen Bonnie launches herself at it. She is only a little thing but she's as fast as a speeding bullet.

Purdy has only been interested in animals. She has ignored the birds and sea life.

The late Fishpaste was fascinated by the police dog puppies on Breakfast television and showed considerable interest in lions on wildlife programmes. Dingbat enjoyed patting snooker balls and Frutiger has been known to try and pull the credits at the end of films back down the screen.
