Upon vet advice, we recently had to have our faithful, loving Yorkie pts.
Whilst we were prepared to devote ourselves to his every need in return for the happiness he had given to us, the vet would not let him suffer. But my story is about the awful world of "pet" currency. One such experience as little as 24 hours ago... I offered a very good home to someone advertising a year old Westie for sale due to "change in circumstances" (being the operative words for "auction" as it turned out). Unsurprisingly, I never even had the courtesy of a reply to my two emails and one telephone call. I had been warned of such auctions by a reputable breeder only two days prior. And then other things fell into place regarding "dog traders" advertising on well known internet sites. Does anyone have any good experience with re-homing? If so. Where do I go? Please share. With sincere thanks.
