One of my cats has been poorly recently with a blocked colon & has been out onto Hills Prescription diet W/D which is high fibre.
I ordered some dried food & some tins of this from a company called Zooplus which s much cheaper than buying it from the Vet.
When it arrived the dried was fine but the tins were for weight management so I called them & asked for it to be swopped. A very nice girl said I had actually ordered the wrong one -they were next to each other on the list. I offered to return the wrong tins if they could send out the correct ones & she said no need to do that- is there a local animal charity you could donate them to? They did not charge me for the replacements or the postage.
I think this is extremely good service & I believe in passing things like this on. So if you order your pet food online it may be worth giving this company a go- they were cheaper than any other company online too.
I will take the unwanted tins to my local Cats Protection.

I have also found Zooplus helpful, except they say ‘free delivery’ which is not true as there are many post codes where you have to pay. I don't mind paying but prefer to know before I get to the end of the checkout
