Please all you pet owners out there, remind people to be careful when discarding food outside. My dog picked up a sultana muffin while we were on a walk yesterday and managed to eat half of it before I got to her. Luckily I was close to my vet and treatment was started within the hour, but 24 hours later, she is still in the care of the vet and it could be another day of treatment. Many people don't realise that raisins, grapes and sultanas are extremely harmful to dogs, as well as chocolate.
