So our (inherited) cat has been living on Gourmet Gold Savoury Cake cat food for the last couple of years. Now no longer available except in chicken flavour, I used to get boxes of assorted flavours, always when it was on offer. So I got some Sheba in my Tesco delivery to try, similar price, same weight in each portion. She loves it so much she is polishing off as many sachets as I can give her and just sits looking at me waiting for more. Surely 3 sachets should be enough plus biscuits. There must be something addictive in them I’m sure. Is there any reasonably priced food that would fill her more I’m wondering. We’ve tried the other Gourmet Gold types. She has over active thyroid and is on very expensive medication for that which is supposed to curb appetite as well help put weight on. She weighs 3.3 kg and has lost weight in the last year. She’s 14+ yrs. Any recommendations on food all you cat owners? She’s costing me about £140 a month all in currently so don’t want to spend to much if I can help it, Thanks.

Are my cats the only ones who don't like Dreamies? They are often given them as gifts, but they are still in the drawer!

My cat is the fussiest cat in the universe, but strangely enough will eat Jollyes own Duchess sachets like there’s no tomorrow!

3 sachets wow that's a lot .one sachet and a handful of biscuits and water. Then take away food bowls so that cat knows there is no more.
