I was also very happy to have had the opportunity to test this product. I have read most, but not all, of the previous comments and it appears that most people have used it on body or limbs. I have been using it very successfully as a moisturiser on my face. It goes on smoothly, spreads well and is absorbed quickly leaving my skin silky and smooth.

Slight problems opening at first, but I found it did improve my extremeley dry leg skin (skin) Itchy dryness is no more! Thank you. I look forward to using it through the winter when my skin worsens with the cold..

1.yes I was satisfied with the cream, though surprised it was quite runny as opposed to creamy.
2. I used it on my legs, thighs and arms. It worked into the skin well and I felt less itchy especially now the central heating is on.

I am very pleased with the lotion, but I did find the flip top quite hard to open because of arthritis. I solved this by just closing the lid over but not clipping it in place.

I wanted to try this lotion because as I get older the skin on my shins has become very dry and can be itchy. Balneum worked very well and left them softer than they have been for years. It's so easy to put on not too runny but a little goes a long way. I use it on my arms too and it does leave my skin feeling so soft.
I also have an itchy bit on one of my fingers that I wear a ring on and it has helped that a lot. I put the lotion on before my ring, but I think it will be a few more days before it is completely clear.

I think it will be a while before I need to buy another bottle as you only need a small amount each time you use it. I am using it everyday and will continue to do so.

I will recommend this product to others, as it is working better than lotion my doctor gave me.

I was fairly satisfied with the itch relief effect of Balneum Dry Skin and Itch Relief Lotion, but it didn't moisturise my psoriasis well, and it is hard to apply as it is so runny.

The lotion didn't improve my psoriasis.

I will continue to use my normal cream and won't be buying

1. How satisfied were you with Balneum Dry Skin and Itch Relief Lotion?
I thought it was slightly thin and runny compared with other creams and products I have used to alleviate my psoriasis. However, I agree with Torminator2709 that if "it does the trick", it's certainly better than applying steroid based creams. I liked the fact that it was odourless, non-sticky, and easy to apply.

2. Did Balneum Dry Skin and Itch Relief Lotion improve your skin's condition? Were there any parts of the body you felt it worked best on?
I was confident using it on areas of flexural psoriasis. It did not irritate areas of plaque, and softened the surrounding areas of "normal" skin. Due to its lightness, it was easily absorbed and non-greasy.

I will use the whole bottle of Balneum you sent me. Like another reviewer, I will likely buy it again when it's on offer.

Yes, I think it's a useful product to help combat dry skin and itchy areas. I will certainly use it on my legs and other areas to help combat the extremes of temperatures during winter months.

Balneum is not sticky easy to apply after a few weeks use the excema on my wrists and elbows is still there but it has relieved the itchy sore feeling will be continuing using the lotion after my shower in the future because I feel after using this lotion for a longer time I hopefully will see a massive improvement thank you for giving me the privileged opportunity to try this very good product

Very satisfied - thought it was very thin at first, but absorbed very easily. Worked well on legs and shins and I would continue to use. I would recommend.

Very satisfied. I liked the fact that it is non-greasy and absorbs into the skin very quickly.

I used it everywhere except my face.
My skin felt much less dry and itchy using this cream. Another difference between it and other creams which have been prescribed for me is that the effects are much more long lasting, at the end of the day my skin still feels comfortable and looks moisturised.

Thank you for the chance to sample this.I am very impressed with it and have used it on my legs, arms and chest. The itching has eased and the ecxema is less noticeable.
I like the fact it is unscented as my skin is sensitive.
My legs look moisturised after only a week, I was a late recipient.
I have recommended it to family and will continue to purchase if not too expensive.

I found the cream really effective. Sometimes my hands get so itchy & it’s usually an itch that can’t be satisfied no matter what I do – I found this cream calmed my skin effectively.

I feel that the condition of my skin has improved since using this. It was particularly effective on the dry skin on my legs.

It depends on the price, but it is certainly as good as products such as E45 and Aveeno. A little goes a long way.

I would definitely recommend it to others - I have already recommended it to my daughter who has dry skin.

I’ve only had it for five days but so far have been very happy with it. I have erythromelalgia, a neurological condition which causes great heat and where I am hot I itch, especially my back and thighs. I can honestly say that Balneum subdues the itch for at least 24 hours.

I can’t see my back so can only go by the fact that it feels more comfortable and isn’t itching. I love the silky feel of it, not thick or in any way greasy and a little goes a long way which is a good thing as it is not cheap.

Yes I would like to continue using it. I’m going to see if my doctor can prescribe it but will buy it if not.

Yes I will recommend it to others since I’m part of a community most of whom have the same problem with itchy skin as I do.

The lotion itself feels lovely and silky and goes on very smoothly. I was very pleased with the result of using this as my very dry, very itchy skin on my legs and feet seems to be improving. It certainly does as it says and the itching does give some relief within 5 minutes. I

Have only had my Balneum a few days but have already felt its benefits. I applied it to my bypass scar on my chest, my itchy shins and the area in my leg that veins were removed for my byepass and all areas much relieved. Thank you

I was very satisfied with the Balneum lotion, I found that after using on problem area's my shins and elbows have started to look and feel a lot smoother, my husband has itchy legs and he said after only using the lotion twice it has calmed it down quite a lot. We shall both keep on using Balneum lotion as it suits us both and with no cloying perfume in it I can use my own perfume as usual. I have already recommended it to family and friends.

At last a lotion that does soothe itchy skin, really pleased with the moisturising effect, long lasting. It certainly has improved my itchy dry shins and lower arms.
This is definitely on my shopping list when it runs out and because it is not perfumed have even persuaded my hubby to try ( he is impressed to, no more itchy ankles).

My husband has used many different creams for his psoriasis,with varying degrees of success.He has found this Balneum to be very effective in reducing the soreness and itch which he experiences frequently,he even thinks it has reduced the redness as well.This is a product which we will definitely be using in the future.Thank you for the opportunity to try it out.

It arrived later than it should have and I have been in hospital during this time, so have not had time to fully assess it.
Saying that though, it is very easy to use, once you open the container. It could do with a little lip to help push up the lid.
I have found it great for the dry skin on my legs and especially on my heels.

I liked using this lotion as it is scent free and non greasy. I used it on my itchy and dry lower legs and it did stop the itch and dryness for a short time. I may use it in the future if the price is right and it comes in a bigger size.

I suffer from dry itchy skin on my legs and elbows. I used the lotion every night after showering and found it easy to apply. It worked really well, no itching or irritation, even after shaving my legs. I have also recommended it to my son who suffers from eczema. I will definitely continue to use it.
