Well...... I was always in the "homeopathy is bunkum" camp until I hit the menopause in my 30s. My GP would not accept that I was menopausal because I was "too young to even be thinking of it", but the hot flushes and night sweats were real enough. I was recommended to see a homeopath who took copious amounts of information from me, some that I recall seemed irrelevant. She prescribed just 2 tiny little sepia tablets and charged me £25, which, 35 years ago was a lot of money. I remember feeling that I'd been had. But from the day I took that 2nd sepia tablet, the night sweats and hot flushes reduced dramatically. I still had the odd one, but nothing at all like before. Maybe it was a placebo, who knows, but it did work for me. As for crystals... they're just woo.
