Years ago I had chilblains and the conventional treatments were useless. The homeopathic tablets worked.

But for medical problems like the OP mentions I wouldn't rely on homeopathy or crystals. To use them alongside conventional medicine if they seem to help is understandable.

esspee Homeopathy isn't nonsense! I have used it on my cats and even on plants - you can't claim that as a placebo effect. I use it a great deal myself, but wouldn't dream of using it for certain medical problems such as those mentioned in the OP.

Crystals will be about as useful for those ailments as crossing your fingers and counting backwards from 100 to 1.

Crystals may help with a psychosomatic problem, where your perception of the disease and your attitude towards it are paramount, and can be changed by your belief in the efficacy of the treatment, but not with diabetes or with heart failute (where there is a specific malfunction of an organ, needing input either from medication or a change in diet) See your orthodox medical practitioner.

Hello roey1948 I'm reading between the lines here and wondering if you are asking the question because conventional medicine is not giving the results you are looking for.
There is no doubt that many many people derive help in whatever form from complimentary therapies of all kinds. I would just say that if this is the issue dont give up completely on your GP and Consultant if you have one but rather use whatever complimentary therapies you choose as is your right whatever the rest of us may believe, as an adjunct as long as it does no harm or conflict with your current medication regime.

It`s a bit like old wives tales, hang a dead toad around your neck for two weeks and your nose will stop bleeding ...REALLY ? shock horror.
It`s mind over matter.

Crystal therapy works as a placebo. In other words it is nonsense, much like homeopathy. If your problem is in your mind and you believe the crystals will help you then they may do just that.
Anyone who has diabetes or heart failure needs to see a medical practitioner who will prescribe medication which has been scientifically proven to work.

I use crystals but it isn't a case of pick a crystal and it will work for the chosen ailment. There as to be intent set and a strong belief in their effectiveness. You can find a lot of information on the internet but will probably get bogged down with conflicting views. It would be best to consult a recognised Complementary Therapist.

None. Try your medical practitioner.
