I watched it at one of the community screenings in my town. It was really good and inspiring . There’s been lots of follow up groups and actions as a result . Maybe there’s a community screening near you? The screening was structured to include group discussions before and after. Our local Friends Meeting House put it on. And they always provide yummy cakes

I found watching the film with others and having group discussions energised and enthused me far more than watching it alone would have. Besides which, you meet a very nice type of person at events like this.

I do really miss that; having someone to speak to, or just make eye contact with, during programmes.
A little group of us on gransnet found ourselves awake and watching Glastonbury once, and it was so much more enjoyable than sitting here on my own, with nobody to appereciate (or not!) the performances.

Say what you like about Ms. Thunberg but she has certainly given us plenty of entertainment over the years!

I will never forget her cross little face when she spotted Donald Trump at one of those interminable ‘climate change’ conferences!

Yes I reported this post because it was not in the context of robust debate but posted during a pleasant conversation a few of us were having. Recent ott personal attacks on me and I do mean personal on other threads I have not reported because not only of what they say about the posters but they were also in the context of robust debate.
