Now that's weird! I just looked at the Supermarket staff thread and got an advert for Online Shopping, and before that I was on Frank's tax thread and got one for an Investment service. Will have to experiment further...

The ads which appear with 'AdChoices' and the little |> arrow, are powered by Google. They use cookies to track what websites you've been on, so they can tailor advertising to you. If you want to read more about it, Google explain it better than I do here smile
