NOW CLOSED Fill in our Gransnet 2014 census and be entered into a prize draw

I'm glad there are others who cannot get onto the survey. For a while I thought I was losing my marbles.
Can anybody help us?

Does anyone from gransnetters actually read these comments. Why cat we get onto the survey???

I had done it already but on reading these posts I clicked on the link - no problem, up it came.

Have you tried contacting HQ direct, not waiting for them to read the thread? There are lots of threads, and plenty of other things to edit and organise, and maybe they have not noticed the moans on this one.

Or report the post with the unanswered question in it. That seems to get flagged up somehow and answered.

Can't get into survey either. I click on the link, it takes me to another page with all sorts of GN info, and a tiny box saying census. I click on that link and back I go to the beginning. Round in a circle.

Just reported my own post in case for GNHQ to investigate in case they are too busy eating cake and swigging tea to notice.

I can't really remember but I think I've done this. However, I just tried to check and clicked on every link available and they all took me back to the home page!

Glad I am not the only one thinking I was going bonkers. I go round and round and still no census.

No I cant access the census either and its not supposed to close until 31/08/14

I have been in touch with GN. It is working fine at their end so I have described in detail what has happened to myself, Aka henetha and possibly others.

With luck it may be sorted today. I doubt that GN have read these posts as I do not think that they understand the scale of the problem.

As mentioned I have been in touch with GNHQ but it works their end so I must have filled it in already. I am aware that my memory is failing but I know I have not filled this one in.

Like loads of you, can't get to the census to fill it in! Not just a senior moment at Gransnet, surely - please get it fixed!

Just tried again; been trying for weeks now. The link just takes me around in circles. Why is no-one from Gransnet responding to this?
I am puzzled. Is anybody there. please?

I had not aready completed the survey, due to the fact that I never could get onto it in the first place.
Anyway, it's closed now, so that's that. Not the end of the world.

That doesn't seem very fair Ann, there a several members on this thread who haven't been able to access the census in the first place!
