Gransnet mobile

My boxes (banner) is the purple colour of the gransnet flag. It never changes to blue and I have never seen Chinese characters anywhere. How strange.
The mumsnet boxes are blue, as I found out when I clicked on it by accident earlier in the week.

Hmm, maybe it is just me. They are blue at the moment but will turn GN pink/purple later. Preview and Post are GN colours.

The banner is always visible on my hudl but not on my android!

I see it's also (on the profile page) got 'see so and so's latest posts' which I thought had been done away with due to popular demand...

In my profile 'my nicknames' are incorrect. If other members can see the nicknames, there isn't much point changing!

Just looked again, not sure the 'nickname' bit is visible to others.

I might be pushing my luck here, but, nothing ventured and all that
When I've finished reading a thread, I bookmark and press 'active' and it used to take me back to the list, to the place I'd been up to IYSWIM. Now, it takes me back to the top of the list every time.
Any chance of changing back please? ( Pretty please tech, I know you must be very busy xxxx )

When you say bookmark lona what do you mean please. I can bookmark on my iPad but I don't think that's what you are referring to.

lizzi50 if you click on the bottom right hand corner of a post, then you can choose the bookmark option below.

On the bookmark subject - most of mine do work but on long threads, eg The Kitchen, they don't work at all and I have to scroll like billyo!

Sorry Cari but nothing's changed on my tablet or my phone.

I really miss the Last hour button for a quick dip in to GN to see what's happening

I agree yoga the last hour button was always my first port of call

I'm using my iPad now as my mobile isn't so user friendly now it's all changed.

I now go straight to the desktop option on my android, its so much easier than the mobile version, because of the lack of the last hour option.

Any update on my mysterious Chinese symbols ? It happens on my Windows phone and my Kindle.

Only just tried the new app. What a faff going in and out of 'active' to surf which threads you want to look at. 'Last Hour' works best for me - I can see it all at a glance. Why isn't it on the app, GNHQ?

I still can't access any bodies profiles or photos. This is an ipad
