Pound signs and others

You didn't need to test the question marks, Charleygirl - they're the ones that have been appearing uninvited all over the place!

What does 'caf' mean Ana?

It was supposed to be cafe but with an acute accent over the 'e'.

As I said earlier, of course we can live without accents, but we used to be able to use them!

Trying again, with a french keyboard:
£££ ??? ??????
ie: 3 pounds, 3 questions, 3 e acutes
The preview shows the pounds are ok but e acutes come out as questions.

Oh right. I don't know where accents are on my keyboard or on mini ipad. I've never used one. Not even in real life.
