Why should it have to be 'that' F word again? It is so boringly predictable Whilst it was used to shock in the past now it is just boringly predictable and not witty, original or funny. 
With all the life experience in GN we can do better than 'that' surely!
I think it's perfect. It is surely no longer shocking and only mildly offensive imho. It perfectly expresses how one feels when something seriously goes up the spout. And yes, it rhymes
