No it isn't! I haven't even got a goldfish!At last I have got rid of the mycotoxin ads! I followed the arrow at the top right of the ad, which took me to a Google Adchoices page. There I could select some companies to opt out of. That mycotoxin ad was placed by the advertising firm Double-click. When I opted out of Double-click I stopped getting ads placed by them.
In place of the mycotoxins was now an ad for euromillions, placed by Infectious Media (I don't think I want to catch whatever they are infected with) .
I followed the "Adchoices" link at the right-hand end of that, which took me to info.evidon.co.uk/more_info/17649 From there I could select "opt out of more companies" - that produced a list of several hundred online advertising companies, about half of which had a box where I could opt out of them there and then, and the other half had a link to their website, where I could opt out separately.
I did the box ones, so that is half of them excluded.
It said on the evidon opt-out page - "You can opt out of any or all of the companies listed below. If you opt out, you will still see ads online, and in some cases data may be collected about your browsing activity, but companies will not use this information to select the ads you see online. For detailed information on how each company uses your data, including their opt-out policies, click on the company name below. "
