For goodness sake! Do you actually read your posts before hitting the button? Do you set out to be incomprehensible? Or (buying into the conspiracy theory suggestions) have you devised a code so that only you can actually understand what you say?
Several people over the last couple of days have said they don't understand your posts and it isn't because they're too subtle or clever. How can the truth try to be hid (sic)?
Please just read them and ask yourself if they make sense.

ob We all know what was publicly in the Aleppo thread, but we don't know what other messages were sent back and forward. She did not go at once so any that annoyed GN enough to ban her must have been AFTERWARDS. Some of us are saying that we DON'T KNOW what emails were exchanged between JBF and Gransnet to cause her to vanish.

No-one is telling lies, no-one is trying to hide the truth because NO-ONE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TOOK PLACE EXCEPT GN AND JBF and neither of them are telling. I shall now stop shouting, stop conjecturing and go and have my breakfast.

No conspiracy, no "hiding" - frankly nobody's business.

Except that as posters we are subject to the whims and wanderings of GNHQ so although we may not know the absolute truths we are entitled to debate the efficiency and objectivity of the deletions. I had a post deleted with a bit of a controversial joke on it. The reason given was that it was posted at the weekend and the person on duty was being over cautious. To my mind the staff should err the other way in the interests of free speech.
Another post was deleted presumably because someone objected although the thread in question had a number of accusations on it which the less sensitive amongst us had just accepted and moved on.
It's about a level playing field and being treat as grown ups.

Indeed, trisher it is the wider isssue that is being discussed here. But there is no "hiding the truth"

WB the fact that I lifted the wierd phrase about the truth trying to be hid might have indicated that was the post in question. Also the fact that only one short post appeared between mine and yours so no significant searching was involved.
I am fed up of reading obscure posts which are not explaied even when I (or several others) ask politely for clarification.
Is it really too much to ask that we read what we've written before posting?
