New mental health thread

Can Gransnet HQ create a new mental health thread, please?

I see that this has been suggested by those using the Health Forum and in view of the effect on mental health of coronavirus and the impending lockdown I think it's a good idea.

If others agree with me, please add a post here.

There are a few topics whose groups overlap.

I think a specific mental health one is a good idea

I think a separate group, whatever you choose to call it, is a good idea.

When a separate group for Bereavement was suggested, there were many posts saying it was unnecessary.
Yet it has seemed to be well-used, so is useful for some.

Looking at the Bereavement group, there are thread titles which don't make it obvious they are about bereavement so those topics could get lost if that group didn't exist.

I think the same is true for Mental Health.
