Why have I been rerouted to mumsnet today?

The email was from gransnet as ususal, but when I opened it, I found myself having to log on to mumsnet, and as I do not live in the UK and therefore do not have a British postal code there was an immediate problem.

However, it looked as if it could be circumnavigated, but no. I can read a thread, and then click one of two options: either that OP is being reasonable or unreasonable.

By clicking on Active, I landed back on gransnet - but wnat is going on?

Yes me also. I went to yesterday’s email. It was the only way to Gransnet.

I just click on my GN icon on my home page I don’t go through any emails ???

What do you all do then to open GN doesn’t anyone just open it from their icon ?

i do, BlueBelle.
i open chrome laptop, enter password, then click on the maroon G among many on the top row.
but i'm old-fashioned/ not tech savvy . . .
anyway it works for me.
have to keep it simple.

I usually open mine through the desk top app., im still being taken to mumsnet first. So go through email until GN fix it.

We receive emails from Gransnet and ensure it is not a scam email, we then open it up and see lots of comments that I thought were on Gransnet Forums but no, they are all on Mumsnet. I do not read anything on Mumsnet.

I havent commented because that's not how I access Gransnet 🤔
I just Google Gransnet and log on. Didn't know there was another way.
