I am no longer with my grey hair, I quite like it. I think my grey hair adds character.

About my looks....when i aged i realised friends and family were the most important things. I started to not care what others thought of me...with age defiently brings happiness :-)

jodiecrossley1 Wed 28-Jan-15 15:12:36

I don't care what people think of me anymore, I am who I am and if people don't like it they don't have to spend time with me!

Cailin7 Wed 28-Jan-15 15:13:15

I am much more confident and do not worry what anyone thinks, or about making a fool of myself. A little nonsense now and then..

pamelaJEAN Wed 28-Jan-15 15:16:08

I feel more confident in myself now in my sixties, I have lost 2 stone , and wear what I want to wear, take care of my appearance, always trying to look my best, not worrying about what other people think. I love my home, even though it is somewhat old fashioned, it is cosy and warm. So no matter what any one says, I really dont care at my age I dont need to worry...

I no longer care what people think of me - they either like me for "who I am" or not at all.....I don't really care either way. smile

hiddenmichelle Wed 28-Jan-15 15:31:14

spots! (still get them! - complete urban myth that that stop after your teens!)

Elleceebee Wed 28-Jan-15 15:32:40

I think that I bother more about most things now, but thats good.

Working full time and wasting my years and not seeing anything happen in my life as I was stuck in an endless rut sad

mambojambo Wed 28-Jan-15 15:39:35

What other people think

runzies Wed 28-Jan-15 15:41:06

I don't stress about the way I look anymore, with age comes the realisation that no ones perfect and every one has flaws even if you cant see them x

lornajk Wed 28-Jan-15 15:46:41

I am no longer bothered about how I look, how many wrinkles there are - surely that's normal??? I wear mine like a badge of honour and don't give two hoots about what anyone else thinks.

MrsJ2000 Wed 28-Jan-15 15:52:13

ageing - we all worry about it when we are younger ....but it comes to us all so maybe we should just get on with it and enjoy life smile

cluckyhen0 Wed 28-Jan-15 15:56:03

Petty gossip! It used to wind me up and now it no longer bothers me!

beeelaine Wed 28-Jan-15 16:07:39

I no longer give a hoot about what people think any more, i seem to have wasted a lot of life worrying about whether people liked me and how i looked etc. I now realise that if people have a problem its THEIR problem and NOT mine! I enjoy my life a lot more now and I enjoy the peace of mind it gives me. I also don't worry about those 'mini disasters' that happen such as the car being dented etc - when all is said and done it really doesn't matter when you look at the big picture. I suppose as you get older you have more confidence in self-worth and what is really important in life.

rjs19561 Wed 28-Jan-15 16:13:44

I am defeating the science of aging - I am forever 27!

MimiJoy Wed 28-Jan-15 16:18:16

People can accept me how I am now - I don't worry about voicing my opinion any more (though I'm still conscious about not upsetting anyone!).
I don't worry about how I look as much and no longer dress to please others - comfort is far more important! Life is just too short to spend all your time worrying and spending endless time creating an image to please others.

nightowl Wed 28-Jan-15 16:58:50

Bloody hell who are all these people? Amazing what lengths people will go to just to try to win a so called bag of goodies (not what I would call it but each to their own).

JoJoB Wed 28-Jan-15 16:59:12

I'm not too bothered about what to do with my life anymore, it just seems to have happened anyway!

finleypop Wed 28-Jan-15 17:14:21

I used to be very self conscious about my psoriosis, but now I accept it is just one part of me

clarejw Wed 28-Jan-15 17:22:26

I am happy in myself so no longer worry about other peoples views on how I dress, look etc.

BlueNile57 Wed 28-Jan-15 17:29:34

Not having to wear the latest fashion, especially high heels..I'm now built for comfort not for style or speed...lol

Abouttojump Wed 28-Jan-15 17:45:17

I don't worry about wearing 'fashionable' clothes. I wear what I like and what I'm comfortable in.

kellakc Wed 28-Jan-15 18:10:09

I feel more confident in my skin and about my skin, I have a minor rosacea and the gentle products nowadays and foundations you can get are fabulous!
