We watch very little tv on Christmas Day. We will definitely watch Dr Who though as most of us like the show. Our 8 year old grandson is brain damaged and cannot walk, talk or see but he loves the music for Thomas the Tank Engine and rocks back and forth in his wheelchair to it.

It’s only a few more weeks until the holiday season is upon us and schools are closed for Christmas. Sky has developed an app for children full of their favourite TV shows and is interested to know what TV programmes you’ll be watching with your GCs over the holidays.
What are your favourite TV shows to watch together? Are they the same ones as when your children were young, or even when you were young? What’s your routine for watching TV shows together? Do you snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire with a cup of hot chocolate? Maybe you watch a quick show together on their tablet before bedtime? Whatever you watch, Sky Kids would like to hear about it.

I doubt if we'll watch much TV with GS over Christmas even though we are spending Christmas Day at his house, but when he is offered a movie to watch in the evening when he is here he seems to be locked into "Percy Jackson Lightning Thief", any Harry Potter movie or Scooby Doo and the Loch Ness Monster! I don't get his obsession with Scooby Doo, but hey! There are worse things to watch..... aren't there

No TV at DS's house so we will be very busy playing games, charades, loads of hobbies and going for walks with DGC vying to help push Granny's chair.
