I miss not having John Inverdale with a more prominent role. He made an error in describing one of the female players in a negative way, he should have been reprimanded then allowed to carry on doing what he does best. The BBC are plonkers IMO for down grading him.

I have not watched any women's tennis for a while - I find the men's more interesting. I was staggered today by the amount and volume of the noise that the women make - it is quite unbelievable! It is quite extraordinary. I too am surprised that there is no ruling about this. We have "abuse of the racquet" as a category - why not "damage to spectators' ears!"
