Starts tomorrow, six weeks of stress and panic. Have my rugby shirt ready and remembered to bring David the Daffodil with me

Anniebach Fri 10-Mar-17 18:28:05

He would if he heard me cheering Ireland,

Alima Fri 10-Mar-17 17:54:29

Please tell me it wasn't David!

Anniebach Fri 10-Mar-17 17:35:03

Alima, you want to see the Western Mail headline - OAP battered by a daffodil

Nina , I don't think I will watch

ninathenana Fri 10-Mar-17 16:49:41

Annie shock shock?? probably not a bad idea grin

Alima Fri 10-Mar-17 16:26:48

Surely he could at least watch the game? Have a heart!

Anniebach Fri 10-Mar-17 16:24:33

I have a confession, the Wales v Ireland match , I am supporting Ireland blush
David the daffodil will remain in the bedroom , soooo much guilt

Anniebach Sun 26-Feb-17 10:08:21

Don't give the Welsh team sympathy , bunch of bloody fairies , how dare they lose.

Congratulations Scotland

grannypiper Sun 26-Feb-17 09:48:51

Alima Sat 25-Feb-17 21:48:07

Ouch Jalima. Not like you to hit below the belt!

Jalima Sat 25-Feb-17 21:35:56

What happened Wales? Did you run out of steam?
DS got a bit fed up of me asking 'so why did they get a penalty then?'
I should learn the rules.

rosesarered Sat 25-Feb-17 18:25:51

Bad luck Wales today, but Ireland is doing well at the moment against France.

Alima Sat 25-Feb-17 16:38:36

Wonderful win for Scotland over Wales. DH is one happy bunny!

Welshwife Sun 12-Feb-17 18:09:15

I am the lucky one - not - all three matches were watched and now we have on Scrum 5 - BBC Wales - for more dissecting of the match!!!!

rosesarered Sun 12-Feb-17 17:09:08

Plenty more rugby though ( I plan to be out).

rosesarered Sun 12-Feb-17 17:07:57

Oh Bum Dearsad

rosesarered Sun 12-Feb-17 16:47:00

DH glued to England match yesterday ( and was a happy bunny) and is niw glued to France/ Scotland match, says it is a good game ( I wouldn't know.)France in lead.

willsmadnan Sun 12-Feb-17 15:47:33

Loyalties divided here... Scots and French friends, but I do wish when the Scots play at the Stadt de France the French powers-that - be would arrange the music for the anthems to stick to the original... i.e. the acapella section in the Flower of Scotland. Nit-picking I know but it's so moving. And that's from an Irish supporter! I love all the anthems, except perhaps our own.(England)... such a dirge, and bizarrely to a person rather than a country.
IMHO, of course! Must get back to the match....!

Cherrytree59 Sun 12-Feb-17 15:01:05

Come on oor Lads!!!

The butterflies are in full flap!

willsmadnan Sat 11-Feb-17 18:52:05

Could be the match of the tournament. Sometimes these games are over- hyped and they fall flat, but in this but both teams stepped up to the plate. If only football could achieve that.... but of course, too much money, too many prima donnas. Just love Eddie Jones' laid- back Aussie-ness. Congrats to my 'home/ heart' team Ireland to, of course!

merlotgran Sat 11-Feb-17 18:47:11

Well done, England. Nailbiting!

Anniebach Sat 11-Feb-17 18:45:30
