I used quite a lot of heated hair appliances to do my hair and think that I need a quick (or over night) conditioning treatment as my hair appears quite dry.

To save me trawling through Boots or Superdrug do you have a recommendations please ?

damaged hair requires moisturizing and rich with vitamin formula conditioner

Just to say I take 150mcg thyroxin but still have dry skin although no problems with my hair. I use age perfect almond oil skin wipes in the morning as I feel that's when in need the moisturising. Especially my ears! They flake and it's horrid.

I might try those almond wipes Stansgran. Putting the L'Oreal oil in my hair, as suggested by another Gransnetter has made a great difference to the feel of my hair.

I too am on the same amount of thyroxin but still have dry patches all on my neck and round my collar bone.
