There have been recent articles in the news, mentioning the new trend of having pockets in wedding dresses. If you had had pockets in your wedding dress, what would you have put in them?
I would have probably have ended up with my husbands car keys and his wallet,as that is what I end up carrying in my handbag now when we go out!!

I would just like decent pockets in skirts, trousers, dresses and coats. I wear those far more often than I have ever worn a wedding dress. In fact if by wedding dress is meant one of those confections that is a cross between a merangue and a lamp shade, I have never worn one.

This is such a good trend. In fact I had my wedding dress made for me and I don’t know why I didn’t ask for a pocket. It would have helped as I was getting over a cold on my wedding day and was sniffing during the ceremony. If only I had access to a tissue!

Another non-lipstick wearer here. The only make up I ever wear is a little eye shadow and a slick of mascara; can't bear the feel of lipstick and foundations, powder etc on my skin.

M0nica, I'm with you in wanting decent, practical pockets in every day garments. Men can have them so why can't we?

I love pockets..it's often a decider on wether I buy or not! Dresses,skirts,trousers....
Didn't have a wedding dress as such....(maternity dress)...blush
