I once worked with a woman that had a lot of tips about how to sit or lie on the beach, to make yourself look attractive.

I really couldn't be ars*d. If I'm on the beach, I aim to enjoy myself. Not put myself on display.

I hurt my jaw years ago chewing gum ( to stop me smoking). It felt dislocated and was quite frightening. My dentist told me later how bad chewing gum was for your jaws but it was too late. Tired of living on mashed potato I saw a specialist. Apart from putting voltarol on it he said to just touch the roof of my mouth with my tongue as an exercise to strengthen the muscles round the jaw. Maybe if I’d carried on doing that my face wouldn’t’ve sagged. It’s amazing what small exercises can do. I would imagine that, in HBC’s cassette, having amazing bone structure helps just a tad.

Yes! It's an exercise, though, not to be recommended when having a photo session.

Thrust forward jaw, bring lower teeth over top lip apparently stops you getting jowls. I should do it more often.

Don't let anyone see you doing it as you tend to look like a Pekingese dog.

Mascara!
Apparently if you use primer on eyelashes first it’s not necessary then to use waterproof mascara. A useful tip

I jut my jaw and look upwards when I'm taking a selfie in the imagination that it makes my face look slimmer. It doesn't but I keep trying.....

Here she is, thrusting that jaw. Ow.

Hello
I have long been an admirer of Helena Bonham Carter; she is a much more beautiful version of me.

I realise today that she has maintained her razor sharp jaw line, by thrusting her lower jaw forward.
I’ve tried it, and it hurt.
And it looks daft.
Why, Helena, why?

Any more pointless daft beauty tips?
