Facials? To have or not to have?

I've had a few in the past, all funded by gift cards etc and to be honest I wasn't impressed. My skin felt greasy and not at all clean and glowing as you might expect.

I know that facials are a luxury but what recommendations would Gransnetters give for cost, type and experience, please? Just thought of treating myself for once.
