Yes, I was expecting the whole thing to stop working, so I was quite pleased.
But, as I said up thread, I’m not sure what went wrong in the first place ?‍♀️

FC. I recall the conversation. That was only to test what TV services you would have if your broadband did go down.

Oh okay, just ignore me then!
I did think that you startled me by asking me to unplug my router.

GG I don’t actually know what went wrong with it yesterday . The internet and my Alexas were working fine.
Tbh I couldn’t be bothered to find out what was the matter with it.
But it all seems fine today.
I’m not entirely sure if I understand it at all, but I’ve got far too much too worry about to tackle it!
It was definitely bought on a foolish whim!

I didn't have questions FC, just tried to provide some answers about motion sensors and explain that there is no facility to record as with SkyQ or Sky Plus as there's no box. It's purely a digital service via broadband. Indeed, if your broadband is down you will only be able to watch digital terrestial TV though an aerial or FreeSat receiver.

Here's the previous thread.

Hi Fanny DH was on the phone for 1hour 40mins with Sky Support this week.

At the end of the call the guy admitted that there is an ongoing software problem along with some other glitches

We can still only get 1 puck to work, which is a pain as I often like to watch sky in bedroom in the evening if DH is watching something I am not interested in.

Seriously consider reverting back to Sky Q

Hello!

I can’t find the previous thread.
I know that OakDryd and others had questions about it.

Anyway, I have found out what happens if there are problems with the internet.

The answer is: you can only get what is showing on ‘normal’ TV.
So the good news is - it still works, but up to a point
