Facebook message 'temporarily banned'

Last few days, this message has appeared on my FB page a few times. Has this happened to anyone else recently.

For absolutely no apparent reason. Thank you.

I also got banned for typing too fast and therefore being a “Bot”!

I’ll have to watch out for that one. I always dictate all my posts so my typing must look incredibly fast.

That explains it....I thought there was something wrong with my device. If you go out and then go back, everything is back to normal.
