Black screen

I’m using Safari on an iPad.

After a day or so without it, it’s back.
Still Samsung ad.

I also experienced this issue two days ago, and I was unable to read the email, so I had to give up. Fine since. I thought it was my computer.

I reported it on 25th.

I had it some time ago , but it did go away , seems to be hanging about this time
