Glad you love living here Smoluski. I'm born and bred so have nothing to compare with. I love our market towns and Swaffham is lovely. Norwich is quite nice for the occasional visit too.

We`ve just booked the main part of our holiday for next year, we`re taking the caravan here www.invercoe.co.uk for 12 nights, now we need to book 2 nights at either end for stopping off on way there and home again, but the site we want, near to Carlisle, isn`t taking bookings till January.

nfk there are some beautiful places in Norfolk and we are trying to get round and visit many of them..Norwich is lovely I like all the old quaint alleyways away from the hustle and bustle of the shops,I don't do hustle and bustle much prefer peace and quiet to potter and mooch...the Quay area of kings Lynn is also a favourite to mooch around..sunshine

If anyone is thinking of visiting Norfolk next summer, do go to Bressingham Gardens near Diss. We used to live in Hoxne in the early seventies so we have seen it grow from humble beginnings. Our children adored the old fashioned Galloper roundabout and so do their children. It's one of my favourite places in East Anglia.

Went to Titchwell today. The geese are coming in. Winter drawers on!

Just looked up Invercoe, Number, it looks lovely. We bought a caravan last spring but haven't ventured far yet. We're still getting used to all the mod cons that didn't exist when we had one before - 35 years ago!

I agree the gardens at Bressinham are superb and I love the trains, - best enjoyed in the company of a small child or two.
