Choosing just three is well nigh impossible, can I have several goes? grin

Doubtful Sound, New Zealand
Mount Lavinia Hotel, Colombo, Sri Lanka
Cotswolds

Would certainly be among the top listed.

Agree with you Jane10 - although there are two favourite places I call home and feel like home.

Choosing any 3 places is too tough. If I had to pick the best of my favorite destinations. Then those would be

Menorca
Venice
Tenerife

Marmight Mon 18-Feb-19 11:56:11

Fife, Scotland
NSW, Australia
Vezelay, France

But could choose dozens more!

My favourite places are:

Cornwall, anywhere I absolutely love the place.

Yorkshire Dales so many happy childhood memories

Aotearoa-New Zealand especially the Bay of Islands but just about any rural or coastal area is breathtakingly beautiful. I feel truly blessed to live here.

Venice when the tourist bustle dies down
Malcesine (on top of Monte Baldo) Lake Garda
San Francisco (but no return while Trump is president!)
So many places here in Scotland.

Lovetopaint037 Sun 17-Feb-19 19:27:13

Venice, Hawaiian islands and New Zealand.

Marydoll Sun 17-Feb-19 17:29:26

Rome
East Neuk of Fife
Azure Window (that was) and the Blue Lagoon in Gozo

However, as Jane10 said, I there is nothing like your own home.

I agree re Venice Hilda I think we've been four times and have found cheap and cheerful places to eat.

HildaW Sun 17-Feb-19 14:41:22

Venice, once you know the secret areas its a no brainer.
Vancouver
finally pretty much any UK Seaside, I adore just walking along the shore/cliffs/promenade and taking it all in, but would never want to live there as would always be too far from family.

Urmstongran Sun 17-Feb-19 14:12:38

Plockton, Inverness
Santa Eulalia, Ibiza
Malaga

EllanVannin Sun 17-Feb-19 13:36:06

As others have said, it's difficult to narrow it down to three. I can manage four but there are many more lovely places.

The South Downs, especially Ditchling Beacon
Gower Peninsula, especially Rhossili Bay
Menorca
Central London, especially the parks

Chewbacca Sun 17-Feb-19 10:51:57

Tennyson Down, IOW
Lake Garda (right at the top end where it narrows)
Llyn Peninsula

henetha Sun 17-Feb-19 10:42:13

To name three is really difficult, there are so many lovely places.
But if I had to say, -
Dartmoor.
Sydney,
Scotland.

Parga, Greece
New Zealand, all of it!
