Hemsby near great yarmouth.(still visit so sad about the erosion i can still remember how huge the beach was in 1961)

I remember a lovely holiday at Hemsby in 1955. We stayed in a caravan and my brother and I made friends with some of the other children on the site. We spent most of our time playing cowboys and Indians in the sand dunes. 🤠

My first holiday was to Scotland when I was 14 and I clearly remember thinking how beautiful it was,- and it still is.
