I loved 'The teddy bears' picnic' and 'Sparky's magic piano'.

What would be your choice ?

So many repeated threads and ideas - maybe I have been here too long!

NanKate Sun 30-Mar-14 20:55:35

I suppose it is only to be expected Ariadne. I came up with the idea for this thread having had 3 days singing nursery rhymes with my GS.

My claim to fame Roses.

Mandy Miller who sang 'Nellie the elephant' stayed at my mum's B and B in Stratford upon Avon in the 1960s. I think she lives in Scotland now.

Back to the music .....

Nellie the Elephant was the tune that we were told to use when I did a First Aid course as it is just the right rhythm for CPR. Can't hear it now without thinking of that

Champion the Wonder Horse

Iam64 Tue 01-Apr-14 19:19:20

Yes, Champion the wonder horse - and my favourite to this day, We love Muffin, Muffin the Mule, dear old Muffin, playing the fool. They don't make 'em like that anymore.
I do love toy Story - though I know that's a bit post modern

Just shows how good your memory is Ariadne. I can't remember another thread like this.

yogagran when I did a St John's ambulance course, we were told [20 years ago] to do CPR to the Bee Gees Stayin' Alive ! Very appropriate really. smile
