I'm really rubbish at watching latest releases - I'd rather watch the ones I know I love over and over again. Here are my top 5 (in no particular order) - would love to know what other gransnetters' are? It's meant to be very cold next week and I think a few movie and hot chocolate days may be in order grin

1) The Grand Budapest Hotel
2) Casablanca - I know, predictable but it really is brilliant)
3) The Jungle Book - have plenty of excuses to watch it over again with the grandchildren
4) Braveheart
5) Slumdog Millionaire

I do not like American films anymore, gave up with them when the Rocky films came out and I could not understand a word he said. Ones I could watch time after time are
Reach For The Sky
Calamity Jane
Carve Her Name With Pride
The Full Monty
Billy Elliot
I have got The Grand Budapest Hotel but not watched it yet, plus a few others! We recently introduced DGS to Jungle Book so get to see it quite a lot!

Grand Budapest Hotel and Inside Out are on my list to watch as soon as possible.

The Lion in Winter (Hepburn/O'Toole version);
A Bridge Too Far;
Out of Africa;
