So, as the trial has been and gone, we are all glad that Helen won, and Rob had his true self revealed, will the rift 'tween Adam & Ian be healed?

Whose jam will be judged to be the best? Will Joe approach his final rest?

Will Grange Farm rent be paid on time?

Can I be arsed inspired to write more drivel rhyme?

Away we go!

Do we know who the donor was?

GracesGranMK2 Sun 05-Feb-17 18:34:14

Ian could play a part in his life. He supported Helen before and that friendship has survived a lot.

Love it Elrel!!grin what planet is predictive text on, I often wonder.
(It's Rob who should be interred.)

Elrel Sun 05-Feb-17 13:11:04

Interested donor - duh!

Elrel Sun 05-Feb-17 13:10:31

He'll hardly risk turning up for access. Has he been living in his car?
This will overshadow all their lives for decades. Look how Johnny was a sleeper for so long. Poor Henry - needs a fairytale super dad, either interred donor or new boyfriend for Helen. Both unlikely ?
Not so bad for Jack who won't remember Rob. Ursula may be after 'GPs' Rights' maybe.

Helen was remarkable calm when she confronted Rob. I found my ex husbands girlfriend in my house ( years ago ) I broke his ankle with a glass vase. I wouldn't have been responsible for my actions if someone had taken my child.

For the heavy duty Archers fans amongst us who are really interested, this is last nights interview with the actor Timothy Watson. aka Rob Titchner. It was done in collaboration with Facebook.

Largely Tim talking about his role and how the whole story panned out.

Bloody typos/ predictive text!

GracesGranMK2 Fri 03-Feb-17 20:18:26

I think Helen was tempting fate to say Rob has gone and is out of her life forever. I think he is likely to do something extreme and, even if it is suicide she has to explain that at some time to the boys. In prison, disappeared or dead h will always hover over them.

merlotgran Fri 03-Feb-17 20:11:08

What will happen about the access visits now?

merlotgran Fri 03-Feb-17 19:50:23

It was good that Helen made Rob realise she knew the truth about what happened on floodnight.

More reason for him to be wary of ever showing his face in Ambridge again but.......we know he will!!

I wonder how long it will be?

Elrel Fri 03-Feb-17 19:43:00

Phew - I actually managed to find the Facebook page and see/hear Tim Watson answering listeners' questions live!

Nelliemoser Fri 03-Feb-17 19:23:32

Well give the script writers their due. It is very wet and windy tonight. They got it just right for once. It must be the first time in years. grin

phoenix Fri 03-Feb-17 19:17:12

Why didn't Pay or Kirsten dial 999 when they had Nob cornered?

Aarrgh!

GracesGranMK2 Fri 03-Feb-17 18:11:01

You are so right Iam. Don't the police say it is usually small boys or dogs (with dog walker) who find bodies.

Didn't you think they were suspiciously keen on telling us about the wind?

Iam64 Fri 03-Feb-17 18:05:53

Ahh, so it's possible a tree will fall on Rob, killing him but little Jack will be thrown clear. Not, it is hoped, into a culvert. Rob could be knocked out, fall in the culvert and drown whilst little Jack is (of course) thrown clear.

Why does no one have a proper dog in the Archers? The country side is full of labradors and spaniels. My spaniel and current spaniel x always go/went everywhere with their noses glued to the floor. A dog walker would be the obvious person to find little Jack - they always find bodies in RL and on tv murder dramas.

GracesGranMK2 Fri 03-Feb-17 18:00:37

They did keep remarking on how windy it was.

GracesGranMK2 Fri 03-Feb-17 18:00:13

Remember there is a bit of a storm going on Iam.

GracesGranMK2 Fri 03-Feb-17 17:57:42

Sometimes two years grumppa and mumofmadboys but it may be that the insurance companies have tightened up and are now excluding it in some policies. It really wouldn't surprise me as they exclude everything they can.

Rob may well have stopped paying the life insurance of course.

Iam64 Fri 03-Feb-17 17:34:35

why sorry mumofmadboys?

mumofmadboys Fri 03-Feb-17 17:33:11

Sorry I must be wrong.

Iam64 Fri 03-Feb-17 17:29:40

I wasn't expecting Rob to die or accidentally be run over by Tony's bull/run away tractor.
I'm hoping he'll be caught before he leaves the country or harms Jack. He'll get a prison sentence and hopefully, the family court will ensure he never sees either boy again. If he was planning suicide for himself and Jack, he'd surely have taken Henry as well. I suspect he has a passport for Jack and tickets to some foreign land Although - maybe he's planning to get a passport, even babies need proper photographs now.

grumppa Fri 03-Feb-17 17:10:01

Life insurance exclusion typically only applies for the first year

Lazigirl Fri 03-Feb-17 16:21:34

Suicide doesn't necessarily preclude life insurance being paid * mumofmadboys*.

mumofmadboys Fri 03-Feb-17 15:53:18

If he commits suicide there will be no life insurance.
