She has a nasty infection needing antibiotics and has a 'fever' ; I'm surprised the GP didn't send her for intravenous antibiotics as it could cause sepsis.

Yes, I think i said before that it would be in tiny cracks and crevices and anyone trying to get out even after they had cleaned would surely leave some traces.

I think other posters meant they thought Roz didn't mean to kill Tim. Course she did. I agree though, all that blood would have been difficult to remove entirely.
Could balaclava man be Mr Huntley's solicitor? He's bigger than Nick Huntley, so is balaclava man, plus he knew Steve Arnott was on the way due to NH's phone call.

OH! it is cruel to make us wait another week! Anyway, my thoughts are that Huntley's solicitor might well be the balaclava man, although he should have bruises of some sort shouldn't he, after the fight? How long was Maneel going to wait there for the file to be picked up. Roz was clever, but her blood sample from her arm is going to give her away I think. She is quite willing to use her 'sex' to get information, but "married woman". Wants it both ways, I think.

After seeing the face slapping I wonder if Roz hasn't been abusing her husband. He didn't look at all surprised. Her fight back in her interview was very clever indeed. It's starting to seem a bit far fetched than no one has noticed her arm. Still suspicious of the ACC. No idea really about balaclava man, think it is a man but could be anyone. Fascinating stuff.

I was also wondering about the solicitor. It has to be someone who knew he was going to see Roz's husband.
I'm wondering also, if her boss has a plan to incriminate her. He's a bit too obliging and obviously had already planned to meet Maneel.
What happened to the officer who was drafted in to replace Roz on the initial murder enquiry, he's quiet. Is it all a big plan to get her once and for all?

Is Roz a husband beater? She hit him twice and he did not seem very surprised. I hunk Roz made a mistake with some of the things she said to the undercover woman at the end - she will be hard on the case to get Roz now.

I wish it would hurry up and end and we find out who, what, why and how, I'm so impatient. My DH says it's too far fetched, I told him to shut up!

Jamie was in Our Girl, Londons Burning, Midsomer Murders etc etc. He is good!

Thinking back to the beginning: why was there apparently a cover-up for the original crimes which is what made Tim Ifield go to AC12; and why was he wearing a balaclava - he couldn't have been the original balaclava man!

From evidence he found he realised the chappie locked up who is an innocent slow lad he realised he was not guilty. So eventually went to them with his suspicions. He wore the disguise just to go to the DIY I think as he knew all about the balaclava man.

So many twists and turns, I'm a bit like you Badenkate lost the thread with the balaclava.
Roz is definitely a spousal abuser, he looked like it was not a new situation. I thought the tables were turned comprehensively on Hastings, unexpected.
Not sure where the infection link is going, I thought someone would have picked up on Roz not using her left hand.

Surely if they've taken a swab then there should be some evidence of Ifield's DNA still in the wound.

When Roz changed the samples over did she gat the sample from something in the boot.? How did they have two samples tested if she had done the change before the original was tested? I do still have it all recorded still so may have to watch the first couple again!!!

She had his white suit in the boot, that's why they found the anamoly in the sample when they retested it.

I still haven't watched episode 1 so perhaps I must do that.
