I confess, I am watching it. Someone phoned me Monday night and told me Anne Widdie and Rachel Johnson were in there. I think Widdie is great , met her once when she was here canvassing.

It has been women only to celebrate 100 years of women given the vote, sadly men are going in tonight.

Anniebach Fri 26-Jan-18 10:17:39

I doubt Anne will ever follow , she has always been her own person, doesn't do political correctness , I admired the advice she has given to some of the women , telling Rachel Johnson she was equal to her brothers etc

Treelover Fri 26-Jan-18 10:13:02

Well three yobby males will be out thank goodness, and hopefully ShaneJ will be saved. At last Ann W is supporting the women. Took some time. The whole ‘year of the woman’ thing was looking a farce.
I can’t forget when Ann W was in charge of prisons how she legislated for women in labour to be handcuffed to their beds. And she had the nerve, or lack of self reflection, to get Maggie out for laughing at men having muscle contracting patches on !!
I like her boldness but she is not a thoughtful or kind person.
But good for Jess for being anti Brexit but flattering Ann whilst doing so!! Perhaps Ann will start respecting other women more and might even become a feminist.
At the end of the day she will follow the power.

I was appalled by Andrew's vitriolic attack on Ann and his use of certain words to describe her. At least the other men tried to talk him down and showed disapproval. I will be interested to see if he carries out his treat or if, when sober, he realises he has made a mega mistake. I think the girls will turn on him big time if he carries it out.
I think that particular word he used should be in the same category as the "N" word for racist language. Perhaps we need a new law for that.

Anniebach Fri 26-Jan-18 09:10:37

I hope he goes but wouldn't be surprised if he kept in because of his anger towards Anne , some viewers enjoy this sort of thing

DanniRae Fri 26-Jan-18 09:06:24

Er, I thought it was "Vote to save"?? Have I got it wrong? (I haven't been voting anyway - Yet!)
I HATE the word that Andrew used and I HATE the comment he made to Ashley when she was eating the sardines. Both made me CRINGE. If he was my son I would be disgusted with him - but like the previous poster said I KNOW my son would never say such things!! angry

Ailsa43 Thu 25-Jan-18 23:31:34

I can't stand Andrew...I really hope those who vote, do not vote to Save this foul mouthed, non celebrity,

i often wonder if sometimes people who should be voted out are saved by some of the voting public..who don't understand the voting system, and vote to Save rather than Evict...

nanaK54 Thu 25-Jan-18 22:54:03

I would hope that Big Brother issue him with a formal warning.......
He will certainly be going home tomorrow, he has really let himself down

rafichagran Thu 25-Jan-18 22:44:17

Andrew is a vile disgusting creature with no respect. His potty mouth and disrespect should see him out on Friday.

I must say that Jonny is coming across well now. I am glad he expressed his distaste for Andrew's foul mouthed rant.

I too would be ashamed if my son said what he did, but I know he would not.

Nannylovesshopping Thu 25-Jan-18 22:14:17

Andrew was on this years apprentice, think his foul mouth will see him evicted, if he were my son or grandson I would be very ashamed

Lynnebo Thu 25-Jan-18 22:08:48

Andrew - what a nasty immature boy. Anne obviously touched a raw nerve with reference to his Mum and Grandmum, and I'm sure it was intended! With a triple eviction looming I am confident he is on his way out.
I'm not exactly sure who he is celebrity wise?

nanaK54 Sun 21-Jan-18 09:35:40

Enjoyed Shane's 'well timed sandwich break' grin

'Drunk as owls' is a new one on me grin

Ailsa43 Sun 21-Jan-18 04:21:47

Sorry in the 2nd para that should have read ''I like Shayne J'' but the cameras spend too much time with those 2 ( shayne and Andrew)

Ailsa43 Sun 21-Jan-18 04:19:55

I honsetly can't bear either Daniel or Andrew. Daniel is so foul mouthed it's cringeworthy. During the power task he was crawling to Anne, yet he was crude about her behind her back... ... and Andrew is boring me rigid with his showmance with Shanej...

I liked shne still do, but the cameras' spend too much time with those 2.. and not enough on the others.

Gotta say Ashley is beginning to bug me as well, she's turning into a proper little snowflake, bubbling if anyone even looks at her sideways and constantly seeking the affirmation of the men that she's being picked on... and good for Johnny standing up for Anne instead of Ashley. .against Andrew

I hope all the men except John and Shane lynch are voted out now before any of the women..then Ashley and jess next to go..

I think it's going to be a close run final between 3 people... Shane J ( unless he continues with this showmance )... Amanda, and Shayne L

Lynnebo Sat 20-Jan-18 21:45:45

Oh, Wot, Excellent! Hope you don't mind if I use that at work bext week! grin

Anniebach Sat 20-Jan-18 19:19:02

Not at all wot x

wot Sat 20-Jan-18 17:40:13

Have I been too rude??

wot Sat 20-Jan-18 17:02:35

Anne might be an old rat bag but I still love her....she's wise and if she is a virgin I salute her. They shouldn't judge her on the state of her hymen

Anniebach Sat 20-Jan-18 16:36:52

I am disappointed that Maggie accused Anne of not do anything to help the girls in the Rochdale abuse case, Anne was never Home Secretary as claimed by Maggie, shame on her for using Rochdale . A very angry and unkind person emerged, pity.

Nannylovesshopping Sat 20-Jan-18 15:49:51

Hmmmm......I'm thinking Anne must be quite pleased that Rachel and Maggie have both gone, as the game hots up think they would have been formidable opponents, think Maggie was just biding her time, but for too long hahagrin

Anniebach Fri 19-Jan-18 22:33:58

Anne had the most votes to stay ?

I hope Maggie goes, silly to say Anne hurt her by nominating her

Yes Maggie out

wot Fri 19-Jan-18 21:59:45

Yay! Anne was saved. (I need to get out more!)

I like Ann, from what I see of her. She is game for most things, direct and not manipulative like many there. I think she has enjoyed being with the younger girls at times, when they gave her a makeover and did her hair. She doesn't have any children or younger people in her life so this must have been quite an novel experience for her.

I just found some links, she is an animal lover which makes me warm to her.

Anniebach Fri 19-Jan-18 11:27:06

But Maggie doesn't have an opinion on anything, she just smiles most of the time ,staying under the radar perhaps,

I doubt Anne would be scared of anyone ?

DanniRae Fri 19-Jan-18 11:15:11

I felt for Maggie, after Anne nominated her, because she appears to be an ideal housemate. She joins in, doesn't cause trouble and seems to get on with everyone. I thought Anne's reason for choosing her was really feeble - I bet she was too scared to have chosen one of the more vocal ones. Shame on you Anne!
BUT I am really enjoying this series and can't wait to see who goes tonight.
