I have seen from earlier threads that Netflix is popular with gransnetters. I have Amazon Prime which I enjoy and will keep with but will not renew my Sky Movies and Entertainment on Nowtv as I rarely find anything I want to watch.

Do you have the premium Netflix subscription £9.99 a
month ? What makes Netflix superior to other subscription providers ?

Reviving this thread to mention a new series on Netflix.
‘Safe’ I started watching last night. It’s a murder with several twists. I’ve only got to part 4, watched while doing a pile of ironing !

I've just completed my free month and am now happy to start paying £5.99 a month as i'm already hooked on some series (in particular Grace and Frankie) and have watched three films which were good, and this afternoon I've started
'Safe' which promises to be excellent, hopefully.
So I think it's good value.

My Netflix is free because my son in law is the subscriber and you can have a limited number of users able to tag on to one subscription. Very generous of Netflix think. ?

're "Safe" - I don't want to dampen anyone else's enthusiasm for it, but just the first 2 episodes include: teenage drug use/drug dealing, a murder and an "ordinary family" hiding the body, a missing person, an affair, accusations of underage sex with a teacher - and I'm sure I've missed something. I mean, what's left? So I've decided it's way too far fetched for me!
