Radio 4, 6.30 pm

M0nica just checked the Radio Times and it says this was episode 2 , I must have missed the one last week somehow, usually listening while cooking.

Ilovecheese Cabin Pressure was of course written by and starred John Finnimore, his Radio 4 "Souvenir Programme" , also in the 6.30 slot was a joy!

That slot is intriguing - it is either brilliant or absolute bollocks!

Yes, it has been running for a few weeks.I turn it off as soon as it comes on. It is neither amusing or thoughtful. Mind you that could be applied to much of what the BBC put in that slot. You named two of the good ones and two good ones no longer made. To which I would add The News Quiz, The Unbelievable Truth and (sometimes) the Now Show, but they never do more than 2 of those at once, so most days the 6.30 programme is the leap up and turn off slot.
