I have just watched this, after seeing the "celebrities" doing part of the same pilgrimage. It was a fantastic and moving film, great to watch it straight after the other programme. Quite poignant to watch Martin Sheen and son playing a father and son in the story.

I don't often watch films but this was so good.

Have this earmarked for this afternoon on Iplayer.

My sister text me to tell me how wonderful it is.

I will let you know my thoughts after i have watched it.

I watched it a few years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I really enjoyed this film. A lovely watch for Easter Sunday afternoon.

We have also just watched this, and I could watch it again. There aren't many films that I feel that way about.
Did you find, the huge sensor? in the Cathedral, thrilling?

I bought the DVD a couple of years ago and loved it/ You've just reminded me to dig it out and re-watch this evening.

I found this film very moving and would love to walk the Camino if I were young and fit enough.Sadly that time has passed but I have been lucky enough to visit Santiago twice and found it a very spiritual place.

I thought the film was very sensitively presented and I loved the bits where the father sensed the presence of his son along the way.
I am not a fan of Jaames Nesbitt and felt he "lowered the tone" a bit.

I intend to watch it again soon. The scenery is breathtaking.

I know what you mean about James Nesbitt Greenfinch. When he first appeared my heart sank, I would have preferred an unknown actor to him. I got used to it though. It's a film I'll watch again.

It made me wish I could go there and do that walk.

I think James Nesbitt is over exposed*seacliffe*There was a time when he seemed to be in everything even adverts and always played the same kind of character.
I liked the female actress.I don't know her name either in the film or real life. She played her part really well.
