Saga Noren is back in the 4th and final series of The Bridge on 11th May.
All the previous episodes are on BBC iplayer.
I love it and will be sad when it ends.

My all time Scandinavia favourite too, knew it was coming back but not when, thanks Pittcity, so have been watching series 3 on iPlayer, so so good, Saga almost breaks my heart, so want this to run for ever

Am so excited that this is back. I think the Saga character is brilliant.

So looking forward to it and it is on BBC 2, we stopped getting BBC4 2 years ago so I have really missed the Scandi Noir stuff.

I'm looking forward to it too. I want to give Saga a hug!

Didn't realise all the old series were on iplayer. Think I will have to have a catch up before 11th. Great series, good stories and really fantastic actors. Love it!!!

Really enjoy this series. Love Saga. When I read Eleanor Oliphant she reminded me of Saga with her misunderstanding of social behaviour. Both, you feel empathy for but can’t help laughing at their responses to various situations.

Would it be easy to watch this series from say series 3 onwards or is there too much back story to get to grips with do you think?

I think you will be fine wherever you start as any background that you need to know is usually recapped. I had never seen the first series until last week.
Having to read the subtitles does make you concentrate though which, I think, adds to the appreciation.
